How does it work?

Using Navigator, you'll follow a simple 3 step process that will create your Objectives & Key Results:

1. Add Objectives
   With just a click you can add an objective. Then use the built-in template to ideate the items that will contribute and detract from the Objective - this will give you ideas as to what the Key Results will be. Set the quarter it is to be achieved by and the strategic pillar you want to accelerate.

2. Add Key Results
   Now you know the Key Results you want your teams to tackle. Click to add them to the Objective, set targets, and the department and lead person responsible. Now let them go be great!

3. Review & Update
   Using the weekly update tracker, your teams can report successes, progress, and blockers. Visibility, accountability, and most importantly, teamwork is key for successful OKRs. You get that all here!
