Using Roadmap HQ, you'll follow a simple 3-step process that will allow you to Analyze, Prioritize Projects & Create your Roadmap:

   With one click, add a project. Give it a title and a brief description - then analyze it based on Strategic Alignment, MoSCoW framework, and Effort.

2. Prioritise Projects
   Knowing the project value, you can now easily organize your projects into priority order.
   
   Add them to the Dynamic Roadmap with a click of a button, save them for later, or send them to trash - again, with just a click of a button.

3. Finalise Roadmap
   Now it's time to finalize the Roadmap. Your high-value strategic items will be listed in the Dynamic Roadmap.
   
   You can add start and end dates, dependencies, and even project tasks - it's that easy.
